We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised Project Coordinator to play a key role working for our client, a prestigious non for profit organisation in Windsor.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting and promoting young surgeons to advance their surgical education. Reporting to the Education Director and working alongside the Education Team you will provide a range of services to the Committee and Fellows.

This is a part time role – Mon to Thurs – and the full time equivalent salary is £32k – £35k plus benefits. This is pro rated to reflect the part time nature of the role.

Main Duties

  • Executive Support to the Committee
  • Assist with organising and running quarterly Committee meetings – producing detailed papers, presenting on current and future activity, taking minutes
  • Coordinate and follow up on actions from meetings
  • Assist with writing the quarterly reports for the Committee
  • Work with the Education Director to draft quarterly reports for the Council
  • Act as first response to all enquiries and managing the inbox
  • Organise and lead the interview process across different time zones
  • Create and distribute information packs working with the external designer
  • Organise and oversee the placement cycle of successful fellows at different host institutions
  • Working with the Events team to organise the annual reception and represent the client at events as required
  • Liaise with the marketing team regarding social media, e-blasts and website activity

Skills/Experience

  • Previous project coordination experience
  • Strong communication skills combined with excellent organisation and ability to produce exceptional written material
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Ability to work with a range of individuals
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Computer literate
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility and the ability to cope well under pressure
  • A good team player who is able to support colleagues
  • Willingness to undertake occasional international travel and the ability to occasionally work at weekends and evening (when required)
