Our client, a market leader in the education sector, is looking for a motivated and dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their friendly team. £28,000 – £33,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications) plus commission and benefits
7am – 4.30pm (*hybrid role from February – 3 days in office, 2 working from home)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Use sales, business development and marketing strategies to attract and secure new business
- Conduct client visits to understand recruitment needs
- Advertise vacancies effectively across job boards and social media platforms
- Source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates
- Brief candidates on job responsibilities, expectations, and benefits
- Manage the full interview process, including scheduling, feedback, and placement arrangements
- Negotiate pay rates and finalise all placement details with clients and candidates
- Achieve individual and team performance targets consistently
- Make daily outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
- You will come into a warm desk that will have not only leads but jobs and candidates that hold us in high regard so you will be given the best start possible
Key Skills:
- Experience in recruitment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
- Confident telephone manner with proven sales ability
- Solid IT skills
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, positive approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Experience within the education sector or a Level 3 Diploma in Recruitment Practice
